Like many of the best things in life, our exchange program is not complicated:

  • The Aiken HS German Program a wonderful partner school in Munich, Germany.
  • Every two years, our German friends come to visit us fer a few weeks in the spring. While they are here, they will live with us, attand school and do lots of cool things. (Tentative: Our German friends visit Aiken March 23 through April 13, 2013. Note that our Spring Break is April 7 – 13, 2013.)
  • We then visit our German partners for a few weeks in the summer. During our visit, we will live with our German friends, attend school, and do lots of cool things. (Tentative: We would leave Atlanta on June 14, arrive in Munich on June 15 and depart Munich on July 7.)
Please note that our travel arrangements (flights, insurance, ground transportation, etc.) are made by ISE, a non-profit organization that specializes in trips like ours. Because this is not a money-making endeavor, the trip is surprisingly affordable.

 

It’s a beautiful experience.
